4.1       When signing the contract upon booking Gareth Newstead Photography you will have non-required opt-in choices to show your consent regarding:

4.1.2      Use of your photographs to be published with your names (but no other guests’ names) on my website garethnewsteadphotography.com.

4.1.3      Publish your photographs with your names (but no other guests’ names) on my social media sites (‘Gareth Newstead Photography’ on Facebook and @garethnewsteadphotography on Instagram.

4.1.4       Publish your photographs on my printed advertising (flyers, business cards, brochure, banners)

4.1.5       3rd party wedding suppliers and blogs to use your photographs for their advertising and marketing purposes

4.2        Your decisions regarding consent will be held on file and your photographs will only be used in accordance to your choices.

4.3         You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in the future and you can do this by emailing [email protected] which will be acted upon as soon as is reasonably possible.

 

5.0 Storing your personal data

5.1       We may transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Economic area for processing and storing. In addition, it may be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic area who work for us or for one of our suppliers. For example, such staff may be engaged in the processing and concluding of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
