4.1.3 Publish your photographs with your names (but no other guests’ names) on my social media sites (‘Gareth Newstead Photography’ on Facebook and @garethnewsteadphotography on Instagram.
4.1.4 Publish your photographs on my printed advertising (flyers, business cards, brochure, banners)
4.1.5 3rd party wedding suppliers and blogs to use your photographs for their advertising and marketing purposes
4.2 Your decisions regarding consent will be held on file and your photographs will only be used in accordance to your choices.
4.3 You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in the future and you can do this by emailing [email protected] which will be acted upon as soon as is reasonably possible.

5.3 We will only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual commitments and fulfil our legal obligations.
5.4 Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into via our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety.
