Natural Documentary Wedding Photography Staffordshire
A large part of the wedding day I spend getting Natural Documentary Photography. Some call it reportage wedding photography, others call it Photo Journalistic – all I know is that I like to capture your wedding photography as it happens. The real emotions and moments from the day which make up your wedding story. It is a fine art to encapsulate the atmosphere of the day naturally whilst, for the most part, going unnoticed. Personally my key to doing this comes from my interpersonal skills, I’m a people person and love to interact with your family, guests and the children on the day. Just waiting for the right moment to happen and having the skill to execute and get the shot when it does.
Throughout the day I like to really get to know you and your guests, almost to the point where it feels like a friend recording your day for you. Hopefully that’s how my pictures look to you natural, fun and relaxed; and is also why I include a free engagement shoot in all my full day bookings. The engagement shoot is a great opportunity to ‘break the ice’, feel comfortable with me taking your photographs and ultimately help you feel more relaxed both in the run up to and on the day. We can work on a few different poses, look for different locations but ultimately help you feel more comfortable around me. If you like what you see I strongly recommend getting in contact to arrange meeting up over a coffee to talk some more about your day and see more of my work in my sample albums.
