Louise & Nathan’s beautiful Shropshire Barn Wedding Photography

It was so amazing to capture Louise & Nathan’s Shropshire barn wedding photography, I was super excited to be heading back to Hundred House mid-September. I absolutely love this venue, a family-run business with stunning photo opportunities both inside and out! My day started capturing Louise & her three bridesmaids getting ready away from the venue, with beautiful dresses, flowers and plenty of love and laughter (and croissants!) throughout the whole morning. The mood during the morning of the wedding is always such a mix of things and I absolutely love it – excitement, nerves, last-minute organisations, all of it combined makes it really special, and I always love being part of it. With the weather so lovely, we were even able to make the most of Louise’s mum’s amazing garden, capturing a few group shots before heading to the venue.

Nathan and his groomsmen got ready at the venue, and were on hand to welcome all the guests as they arrived. With the bride on her way, the groom headed inside and it was time for the ceremony to start. I absolutely love the photos during the ceremony, the looks exchanged between Louise & Nathan are so full of love, and the whole service was personal and emotional, taking place in the stunning barn conversion at Hundred House. Walking down the aisle as Mr & Mrs Trivett, Louise & Nathan really did look like the happiest couple in the world.

Confetti tunnel at the ready, the newlyweds were congratulated by their guests with a LOT of confetti, and then the whole wedding party headed to the gardens, for drinks and ice-creams. As I said before, the grounds are stunning around Hundred House so Louise & Nathan took some time on their own to wander through the gardens and enjoy their first few moments as husband and wife. The wonderful staff at Hundred House quickly transformed the barn ready for the wedding breakfast, with amazing details and beautiful decorations. Louise & Nathan were welcomed into rapturous applause and there was plenty of merriment during the wedding breakfast. Afterwards, the speeches were made with plenty of stories, laughter and tears and with the early Autumn sun being kind, the guests were able to use the outside space to relax after the meal and before the evening reception (although not sure how relaxing the massive Jenga game was for most of the participants..!!) Louise & Nathan were keen to capture some more couple shots and with the fairy lights beginning to twinkle, it made for beautiful images.

Evening guests began to arrive, the cake was cut and the first dance took place, before the dance floor was mobbed by family and friends to kick-start the evening party. It really had the feeling of an awesome celebration with so much fun, laughter, drinking and dancing! Louise & Nathan, your wedding day was awesome and it was an absolute pleasure to capture it for you. I was made to feel so welcome, and you two are absolutely perfect for each other! Enjoy the memories, and I wish you a lifetime of happiness to you both!
